What we collect on this website

• Your name, email address and mobile number
• Your property type, community, address and access instructions
• The HomeAI outcomes and rooms you are interested in
• Your inspection bookings, deposit status and quotes
• Messages you send us

We do not collect card numbers. Card payments, when used, are handled by our payment provider.

Why we use it

To arrange and carry out your inspection, prepare your quote, keep you informed about your booking, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Who can see it

Our team and the engineer assigned to your visit, who sees only what is needed for the visit. Service providers who send our emails and host our systems process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

Your HomeAI at home

Once HomeAI is installed, your household data — conversations you ask HomeAI to keep, recordings, camera footage and preferences — is stored on HomeAI Core and the recorder in your home, not on this website. Optional online features are off until you switch them on.

Your choices

You can download your data or ask us to delete it from your account settings, or by emailing home@nwudu.com. Some records, such as payments, must be kept for legal reasons.

Keeping it safe

We protect your information with access controls, encryption in transit and audit logs, and keep it only as long as needed.
