High-rise flat

Most of life happens in a handful of rooms. HomeAI focuses there, within your building’s rules.

Zones	Living, kitchen and dining, bedrooms. Voice and music where you spend time.
Climate	Often chilled-water FCU with a building thermostat, or split units. Integration depends on the exact controls fitted.
Security	Front door, doorbell/intercom and interior door contacts. Building access control stays with the building.
Wiring & network	Limited ceiling space and shared risers: we plan compact cabling and a small equipment location.
Approvals	Landlord or owners’ association permission may be needed; we check during the inspection.

Several floors and a small perimeter: voice that follows you up the stairs and security that covers every level.

Zones	Two or three floors, landings and stairs. Room-aware voice across levels.
Climate	Split, ducted or FCU per floor. Each system is identified and checked.
Security	Doors and accessible windows on each level, a garden or terrace, and NIGHT mode by floor.
Wiring & network	Cabling between floors and Wi-Fi on every level; an equipment cabinet under the stairs or in a utility room.
Approvals	Community rules for exterior cameras and doorbells are checked.

The full HomeAI experience, from three to ten bedrooms: gardens, a perimeter, many zones and a proper equipment cabinet.

Zones	Living, kitchen and dining, majlis, up to ten bedrooms, landings, staff areas and outdoor spaces.
Climate	Several zones on FCU, VRF or split systems. VRF needs a manufacturer-supported gateway for the exact model.
Security	Wired contacts on doors and accessible windows, motion and glass-break detection, sirens and exterior cameras.
Wiring & network	Structured cabling, wired access points and a ventilated, lockable cabinet with backup power.
Approvals	Security and fire-related work follows Dubai requirements with qualified local providers.
